The Discovery Park Table Tennis Tournament is almost coming to an end. It’s been great to see some many people taking part, making it a really exciting competition!

 

You are invited to join us for the grand finale and award ceremony on Thursday, 7th March, 16.00-17.00, in the Barclays Eagle Lab.

We’ll be lining up three tables with rolling matches, until we have our final players, and ultimately our winner! We’ve also lined up pizza and beverages to be served for everyone.

If you missed the chance to be part of this league, don’t worry! We’re looking to launch a series of smaller mixed leagues.

Join us in making a difference at our upcoming Trading & Donating event! This initiative is geared towards supporting Deal Foodbank and addressing food insecurities in our local community. We invite you to participate in two impactful ways.

Trade for a Cause: Bring needed stock and exchange it for items the foodbank has in excess. Your trade not only helps the foodbank manage surplus stock but also ensures that the most vulnerable in our community receive the produce they need.

Donate: If trading isn’t your preference, you can still make a significant impact by donating. Your donations, big or small, will directly support those in need.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Discovery Park will be supporting a charity event to help raise awareness.

We will be hosting a ‘Bake it Pink’ sale in Innovation House foyer between 11am and 1pm on 20^th October.

You are encouraged to wear something pink and for all you bakers out there, donations to the ‘Bake it Pink’ sale will be greatly appreciated.
