Discovery Park has flexible laboratory options alongside specialist facilities for pharmaceutical research, development and clinical manufacturing.

Spaces include a with cGMP-compliant infrastructure designed for pilot-scale, multi-product and multi-technology operations. The unique 166,000 sq ft facility includes dedicated manufacturing areas, a materials warehouse, office space and laboratories.

You can also explore 60,000 sq ft of pharmaceutical R&D laboratory space, described as configurable in blocks of 2,000 to 5,000 sq ft. The facility includes standard bench and walk-in fume cupboards described as EN 14175 compliant, together with a purpose-built hydrogenation suite.
