Skills Hub

The Skills Hub is a strategic partnership bringing together the expertise of Kent Universities, colleges and industry and tapping into their collective knowledge to ensure a talent pipeline which addresses skill shortages.

The collaborative initiative supports both large and small businesses at Discovery Park with upskilling their current workforce to facilitating the discovery of new talent to propel business growth. The Skills Hub also assists companies in navigating the range of qualification from work placements to T-Levels, fostering knowledge transfers and making industry-academia connections.

Community Lab

Our award-winning community lab provides local schools with access to the industry standard facilities and equipment normally out of reach in the classroom. The scheme allows children to come in and catalyse their learning with the support of Pfizer and other scientists working on site, aiming to educate and inspire hundreds of young people to pursue STEM careers.
