Hours: Mon – Thur, 9am 5.30pm & Friday, 9am 5pm

RGH consolidates specialist, leading consultants and subject matter experts to provide recruitment solutions into a diverse spectrum of sectors worldwide. Our bespoke recruitment services place skilled professionals across a range of industries and professions. We cover Search, Professional Recruitment, Large Scale Deployment and Advisory and we are an approved Crown Commercial Service Supplier.

Due to expansion, we have recently opened a new office at Discovery Park in Sandwich. This office is seeing rapid growth, and we are actively looking to add to our team of Recruitment Consultants.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience however we are very open to training the right individual if you do not come from a recruitment background.

Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by a highly experienced management team so whether you are taking your first steps into recruitment or you are a seasoned professional we want to hear from you!

This is a full 360 role where you will develop your own business and client base so strong sales, B2B and customer service skills will be essential. You will have access to the latest recruitment software and tools.

Our office hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and then 9am 5pm on Friday. We operate a smart casual dress code. Hybrid working is available and this can be discussed prior to interview stage.
