Salary: Β£23,000 β Β£25,000
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week)

About the Role
Clear Safety is on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Operations Support Administrator to join our growing Operations Team. This is a shared role that will provide essential administrative support to both Operations Department, helping to keep our business running smoothly and efficiently.
Youβll play a key role in supporting day-to-day activities across the two teams, from managing documentation and reporting to coordinating internal processes. You may also be asked to assist other teams across the business when required, so flexibility and a positive can-do attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide shared administrative support to both the Compliance and Operations teams
- Maintain internal records, trackers, and documentation to a high standard
- Assist in preparing reports, client documents, and team updates
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including note-taking when required
- Manage shared inboxes and communications
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating compliance paperwork
- Collaborate with other departments to provide support during busy periods or absences
- Tackle ad hoc administrative tasks as delegated by the Operations Director or team managers
Who Weβre Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter with a flexible, problem-solving approach
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
