At the heart of Kent’s thriving science and technology community, Discovery Park is home to the region’s only Barclays Eagle Lab – a hub for creativity and collaboration. Here you’ll experience a modern and vibrant coworking environment well-equipped with meeting rooms, private desks, phone booths, recreational spaces and enjoy free refreshments. You’ll also have direct access into the Barclays Eagle Labs Ecosystem Manager, on hand to provide mentoring, technical expertise and connect you into Barclays’ wider network, all free of charge.
For those in search of a quieter environment conducive to focused work, our coworking Start Up Zone offers the perfect option and is priced at just £99 per month.

We run a series of growth programmes on site including Discovery Start and Discovery Spark aimed at early stage innovators and businesses within the science sector.
There are also a number of programmes and events run by Barclays Eagle Labs for businesses across all disciplines, helping founders accelerate their growth, with themes that include fundraising, international connectivity and founder diversity.
