Sergei Panov is Head of HTPEM Product Development at ZeroAvia.

Aviation is the fastest-growing source of greenhouse gas emissions. Today’s aircraft engines emit substances in addition to CO2 that double or even triple aviation’s climate impact! NOx, contrails, and particulates have a specific warming effect of their own. Non-carbon emissions are thought to account for around two-thirds of climate impact.

The Solution: Scalable hydrogen and electric propulsion technologies to drastically reduce environmental harm and lower costs.

ZeroAvia’s mission is a hydrogen-electric, zero-emission powertrain in every aircraft.

From 19-seat regional trips to over 100-seat long-distance flights, ZeroAvia enables scalable, sustainable aviation by replacing conventional engines with hydrogen-electric powertrains.

ZeroAvia are a team of passionate innovators dedicated to bringing safe, zero-emission flight to aviation, with locations in Kemble and London (Discovery Park) in the UK, and Hollister, California.

Countrystyle Recycling is spearheading a new initiative aimed at reducing landfill waste.

A family-run business based in Kent, Countrystyle has introduced an innovative closed-loop recycling program to tackle the 250,000 tonnes of coffee grounds that end up in landfills annually, contributing to harmful emissions.

Through this program, coffee grounds are repurposed into nutrient-rich fertiliser, providing an eco-friendly solution that supports both environmental sustainability and businesses’ efforts to achieve their green objectives.
