YPrime’s Project Delivery team is looking for a Project Manager to provide exceptional customer service while facilitating the successful execution of custom eCOA software development projects.  In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team from study kick-off and requirements gathering through maintenance, and you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our clients.  You’ll be based in our Sandwich, Kent office in the UK.  At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps.  We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with software systems in support of clinical trials
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCOA or related field
  • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Top notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of the principles of a software development life cycle
  • A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role
  • An innate proactivity – to learn, to gather information, to anticipate problems
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • A strong sense of personal accountability
  • Attentiveness to details

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Have these things too? Even better!

  • Project or Product Management-related certification (PMP, CAPM, PgMP, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL (querying databases)
  • Experience with SaaS delivery
  • Experience with agile development processes (scrum)

  • You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You’ll ensure adherence to all YPrime Standard Operating Procedures throughout the course of a project
  • You’ll gather requirements and author system specifications
  • You’ll lead internal and external meetings
  • You’ll manage the schedule, scope, and budget for all projects, ensuring on-time delivery to clients
  • You’ll ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase, collaborating with customer care, business development and the management team, as needed
  • You’ll identify and assist with process improvements
  • You’ll provide experience-based feedback to our product development team, to help guide continuous improvement of our systems
  • You’ll assist in providing support to global system end users
  • You’ll travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions
  • You’ll mentor more junior YPrime employees
