We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Sandwich based team. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for the triage and resolution of all customer queries and complaints. You will liaise with internal staff following up on customer requirements, orders and support with complaint resolution.
The successful candidate
To be successful in this role you will have extensive customer service experience and be confident in dealing with complex issues and complaints. We are seeking a confident self starter who has exceptional communication skills, and a flexible, mature manner. You must be reliable and have a strong sense of urgency and follow up. Previous experience is absolutely essential, as is a passion for providing excellence in service.
